This week we're giving away two Basic packages for Ready to Blend Facilitator Certification. Each package is worth $4,375. Qualifying winners will be drawn raffle-style on April 9th.
Each Basic package includes 25 licenses for you to lead a "Blended Learning Live!" workshop for your school. Blended Learning Live! is an immersive experience that places educators in the shoes of blended learners in a student-centered environment. Watch the Welcome video below for a view of the experience:
As you bring Blended Learning Live! to your colleagues as a facilitator, you'll help them:
1. Set their goals for WHY they're using technology in the first place.
2. Be strategic about who should be on their team.
3. Design a better student experience based on students' individual circumstances.
4. Design a better teacher experience based on amplifying teacher satisfaction.
5. Create a positive, successful school culture.
6. Use discovery-driven planning to remove some of the risk from innovation.
7. Develop a concrete plan to move forward with confidence!
Your Blended Learning Live! licenses also entitle you to facilitate Teacher Boost, a condensed version of the workshop. Teacher Boost is designed for busy classroom teachers who want just the basics. One Blended Learning Live! license trades for two Teacher Boost licenses.

Facilitator Certification takes place in Austin, Texas. I schedule the sessions based on demand; once we have a group of 10-15 people, we find the date that works best for everyone. We have fun together! The training begins with an intimate welcome dinner, followed by Day 1 when I demonstrate Blended Learning Live! to you, and Day 2 when you rehearse facilitating Blended Learning Live! for me. You leave with a handbook, scripts, and six online courses to use for your blended workshops back home.
Facilitators also participate in free monthly online training webinars with me called "Facilitator First Friday" events. In the past we've used these exclusive events to hear from guest speakers on topics ranging from competency-based learning and change management to educator micro-credentialing and cultivating a growth mindset.
Here are some of the things people have said about the Blended Learning Live! experience that our facilitators are equipped to lead:
By far, one of the best professional development sessions I've ever attended. The different models of learning are a wonderful way to ensure participant engagement. (Coach in Little Rock, Arkansas)
If we are serious about transforming education to truly empower learners, we need a common language and platform to build. Blended Learning Live! provides this for teams. (Leader in Madison, Wisconsin)
I have been implementing blended learning at our school already, but your session helped me take things to a higher level. I loved it. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU. (Teacher in San Jose, California)
As a Ready to Blend facilitator, you'll be able to lead these workshops for your own school or district; you'll bring the expertise in-house.
